📦 Shipping Information

We ship all orders with PostNL Tracked to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Within the Netherlands: Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Europe: Expect delivery within 3–5 working days.
Rest of the World: Usually arrives in 9–15 working days, depending on your country’s postal system.

Orders are normally dispatched the same day, or within 48 hours at the latest. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.

⏱ Delays or delivery issues

After your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of PostNL. They’re one of the most trusted couriers in Europe, with a 99% on-time delivery rate.

That said, delays can happen — whether due to customs, weather, or other factors outside our control (Qadr Allah).

If your parcel seems delayed or misplaced, please contact PostNL directly using your tracking number. We’re always happy to guide you, but official investigations must go through them.

Customs & tax

So far, none of our customers have had to pay any customs or tax fees.

In the rare event that you’re charged, don’t worry — we’ll cover the cost so you won’t be out of pocket.

Returns & refunds

Because each piece is carefully checked before dispatch, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a genuine fault (for example: a rip, tear, or stain).

We can’t offer refunds for sizing errors or change of mind, as full size guides are available before ordering.

If something’s not right, just reach out — we’ll always handle it fairly and make sure you’re looked after.
